To ensure all our cats/dogs are placed in their perfect forever home, we follow the steps below for all of our adoptions.

Step One: View our adoptable dogs/cats on our Facebook page.

Step Two: Fill out an Adoption Application.  You may either Download our PDF Application and e-mail to dognetworkingagents@gmail.com, or fill out our online Application.

Step Three: Be patient :) Please understand we are all volunteers and we review all applications in the order we receive them.

​

Step Four: If we feel you may be a good fit for one of our cats/dogs, a volunteer will contact you to schedule a visit with the dog or cat. 

​

Step Five: If it's a perfect match, an Adoption Contract will be signed and your family will be one member bigger!  See our Downloadable Forms Page to view the contract in advance.
